The most populous race on Lanthalon is the Elves, whose numbers are closely followed by the fast breeding Humans. Humans who were the first to land on these shores during The Arival have spread, as their people usually do, to every corner of Lanthalon. Next would be Half-Elves due to the initial welcome and co-habitation that came with the influx of the Human population. Eldarin are the fourth most populous people on Lanthalon. Though they seldom interact with the other races, the Eldarin have taken up arms in aiding their Elven cousins as they were once decended from the same blood, though the Elves still veiw themselves as superior in many ways. Next most populous people on Lanthalon would be the Dwarves. Though they are rarely, if ever, a sea faring people, the events that lead up to The Arival drove the Undermountian Clan to leave their mines, prefering the open sea to whatever horror drove them from their jewels. With them came small populations of Halflings and Gnomes. Very few Teiflings and Dragonborn live on Lanthalon, and their kind is often geeted with suspicion and distrust if not downright hostility.

The Dwarves live almost exclusivly upon the island known as Seet Morthas which is reminiscent of their mountianous homeland.

The Human population on Lanthalon is fleeing to the nearest Human strongholds, the largest of which is The Golden Halls ruled by King Abelmark.
